Canada’s farmers have one of the country’s most dangerous occupations. Fortunately, this year, seeding the crops hasn’t been such a race against the clock.  Some years they’re forced to work gruelling hours through inclement weather to get the seed in the ground. But the pressure to be sustainable – economically and environmentally — is a constant challenge. So is the need for more and better outputs, just to stay competitive.  And all it takes is a moment of distraction for a life-changing accident to happen.
