Local food — and local beer — need quality water

I was fortunate to be on the tour of Guelph’s Sleeman brewery last week, sponsored by the Guelph Food Technology Centre, which featured a frank discussion by company president John W. Sleeman about the need for quality water.   I write about it this week in my Urban Cowboy column in the Guelph Mercury, and talk about the pending introduction of a new bock beer (pictured below) from the classic Sleeman recipe guide.
