I wonder if the economic situation will change people&#039;s patterns and force them to slow down -- as options disappear for a second job, for example -- or if it will accelerate the pace even more, as some people scramble to find extra work to help them stay afloat financially.</description>

		<description>I think farmers would be better served to tout the quality of whole foods than to try and change the processing industry.  Regardless of who is promoting the need for healthy food, it falls on deaf ears so long 
as the consumer has a demand for quick, easy slurry products.  As long as our society keeps up this breakneck pace, food and nutrition will continue to take a backseat to convenience.</description>
